Sweet Pastel Picnic Series: Reservation Guide
Hello Angels!
My oh my, it's been a long time coming, but I'm finally here to bring you everything you need to know about taking part in the reservations for our new Sweet Pastel Picnic Series!
There's quite a few things to be covered in this post since we'll be trying a few new things during this reservation period, so please do give this post a read even if you've ordered with us before.

1. Introducing The Series
Brighten up your summer with this pastel ensemble; whether you call it Jam or Jelly, rest assured this series will satisfy your sweet tooth!
The series consists of three pieces: an OP, a skirt and a pair of shorts, in 3 pretty pastel colourways: Grape, Pink Strawberry & Blueberry.
All the pieces are made of the same polyester material, Wooly Satin, which is essentially a slihgtly thicker & sturdier version of Chiffon that is far less prone to snagging whilst still being lightweight and airy.
Important Notice: Please note that in the stock pictures, the OP samples have the collar and bib area made in Cotton, however for the finished products this will be changed to Chiffon. This is because I wasn't satisfied with the colour difference between the white Cotton and off-white lace (it doesn't show in photos but is painstakingly obvious in real life) and Cotton is also far more prone to creasing, so this change will give a far better finished look.
Reservation Period: June 1st - June 17th 2018
Shipping Period: Mid-July 2018

2. Reservation Options
Single or 2-Part Payment
Earlier in May I asked if you angels would be interested in deposit style reservations rather than having to pay the full price all at once, and the general consensus was that many of you would like this option. For that reason we have decided to offer two reservation options: single payment or 2-part payment.
Single Payment
This will run as all of our previous reservations have: you will pay the full price of the item(s) you wish to purchase including any custom sizing fees - but there's no need to worry about shipping anymore, as we now offer free worldwide shipping!
The benefits of paying this way is that you get to take advantage of our reservation discount, and your pieces will likely ship first as we won't need to wait for further payment.
2-Part Payment
This method will be beneficial to those who may not necessarily have the full funds available to place their order at the time of reservations but still wish to secure certain items. You'll be asked to pay a deposit during the reservation period, and then you will have to make the second payment by the designated date before your item(s) are shipped.
Deposit: On this occasion, just under 50% of the item price + any custom sizing fees
2nd Payment: Remainder of the item price
The benefits of this payment method are that you can secure an item you desire even if you can't afford to pay the full price at the time of reservations; especially if you wish to place a large order.
The downside however is that you will not be able to benefit from our reservation discount. Also all deposits are strictly non-refundable after a 7-day period has elapsed or the reservation period has ended (whichever occurs first) - even if you decide you no longer want your item. This is due to the made-to-order nature of our items.
The deposit listings will have details of the total price and second payment amount in the 'Product Information' section. All second payments must be paid by July 8th 2018, the listings for the second payments will go up right after reservations have closed so you'll be able to pay at your own leisure, but a reminder will go out to everyone who hasn't paid at the end of June.
We encourage people to reserve their pieces via single payment when possible, as it allows for faster fulfilment of your order and discount benefits. However, it is also possible to mix payment methods if necessary, for example, you can use single payment to buy a skirt and only pay a deposit for an OP all in the same order; but please note we will only ship your order once all payments have been received.
3. Payment Plans
Payment plans will still be available for this release and will be treated on a case by case basis. However, your order will only be eligible for reservation discount if you purchase two or more main pieces in the same order. Please send us a private message either via our website or SNS for a quote and to discuss your payment terms.
4. Group Orders & Bundle Discounts
Group Orders
Recently a few international communities have contacted us about group orders, which we are extremely grateful for. As we now offer free worldwide shipping, group orders can be taken directly through our web-store, you need only check out as usual.
Please note large orders may be shipped in more than one package due to shipping restrictions.
Bundle Discounts
We're offering a special further discount for bundle orders: if you order a minimum of two pieces from the Sweet Pastel Picnic series and any other item from our store (including additional SPP series items), then you can use this coupon code to add a further $15 discount to your order.
Discount Code: SPPBundle
This coupon can be used with any kind of order/payment methods that meet the criteria, but the discount will only apply to your first payment.
5. Custom Sizing Charges
Following the positive feedback from our last reservation period, we are continuing with our flat rate custom sizing charges. Please find the charges that apply to each piece below:
OP - $20 Charge
Skirt - $0, Free of Charge
Shorts - $8 Charge
If you decide to pay using our 2-part payment method you will be asked to pay the custom size charge along with your deposit to ensure smooth processing when preparing your item(s).
