Important Information For DMC!
I'm sure you're all well aware and have been fluffing your petticoats in preparation, but we are finally just HOURS away from DMC - so, with that in mind, I've put together this little information pack, so you know exactly what's going on on the big day!
Which Items Will Be Available
Unfortunately, due to how hectic my life (and particularly, job) have been during the last couple of months, there is going to be very limited in-stock, take home with you items, but you can place orders for out of stock items on the day.
Firstly, we'll have a small sample sale featuring older pieces that are no longer available at discounted prices, but for the most part we only have one of each, so if you want it - get it fast!
We will of course be stocking our ever popular My Dear, London pieces, but once again these are VERY limited, so if you want to take your piece home at the end of the day, the sooner your arrive the better.
For our new series, Butterfly Library, unfortunately we will not be stocking any pieces for sale, though we will have a few pieces for your viewing. This will give you a chance to see what the pieces will look like; the different colourways and lengths, and if you would like to, you are more than welcome to place an order on the day!
How To Place An Order
On the day, we will be accepting payments in both cash and PayPal (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and contactless payments up to £30.) If your item is in stock, you can just take it with you, but if you are ordering an out of stock item, then the procedure is as follows:
If you pay by cash, you will be asked to fill out a short form with your order details on it, and we will ask be taking your email as this will be how we contact you after the event to confirm your order and make sure you have a digital copy of your receipt. We will also give you a handwritten receipt on the day.
If you pay by PayPal, we will take your payment via our PayPal card reader or you can pay directly through your PayPal account, then we will send you an email receipt. Please confirm that you have received your email receipt before you leave the table, as your email will be our main source of contact after the event. We will also note down your payment in our records if all else fails.
On The Day Promotions
If you're purchasing on the day, you also get to take part in our DMC shipping promotion! All purchases placed on the day will benefit from discounted shipping rates.
Of course, if you're buying an in stock item, your shipping is already free, but you also receive free shipping when your order is being sent to a UK address.
For EU residents, you will have a flat rate shipping fee of £7 and for other locations it will be a flat rate shipping fee of £10. However, if you spend over £120 in total then your shipping will be completely free regardless of destination.
How To Stay Updated
For now, that's all the information we have for you but there's still lots to come too; we'll update you when we know our table location, as well as if there are any last minute changes to the information we've already given, and we may have a secret promotion on the day too, so keep your eyes peeled. We'll also be updating you guys throughout the day and sharing pictures of the event via our Instagram page, so be sure to follow us and turn on your notifications so you don't miss out!
