Hiatus Announcement || Order Delays & More
Hello Angels~! I've got some important news that will likely affect my ability to complete orders placed within the next couple of weeks on time, so if you were thinking of buying something soon, please do read on.
I recently graduated from my BA Korean undergraduate course and as part of my celebration I'm heading to a country I'm sure we all love, Japan, for a couple of weeks. During these two weeks while I will still be able to source materials for new orders, I unfortunately won't be able to begin pattern drawing, cutting or constructing any of the orders.
This means that orders placed from now until July 18th are likely to be delayed by up to a week; the delay shouldn't extend further than that. However, since there will be a delay, all regular orders placed from today will have an extended cancellation period until the 20th, and orders whose 7 day cancellation period extend beyond this date will still be treated as normal. For orders that are to be collected during the DMC event, this delay will have no effect; the original 7 day cancellation period will still apply and your orders will still be ready for you on the event day.
If you have any concerns or wish to place an order during this period, simply send us a message via our customer service page or our Facebook page and I'll get back to you as soon as possible~!
In terms of the giveaway, it will still end at the designated time (Midnight July 16th BST) and I'll do my best to keep updating you guys letting you know your entries have been counted, but there will be a slight delay due to things such as the time different. Regarding announcing the winner, I will try to do so in the days following the end of the giveaway, but if all fails I will definitely make the announcement by July 24th when I return from my trip. Hopefully I'll be able to post some updates and pictures while I'm in Japan, but until then~
