We're Going To Dream Masquerade Carnival!
So earlier this week you would have seen us announce something super exciting and that's that Heaven's Atrium will be vending at TPC's 10th Anniversary Event:

As you can imagine this is going to be an *amazing* event, which means everyone is pulling out all the stops to bring you all our absolute best; which is why we're running a number of special event promotions! So, if you're an angel who's going to be at the event then you may want to read on~
Order Type 1: Collection at DMC
(aka No Shipping Fees!)
First and foremost, we know a lot of you angels already live in the UK, but on top of that many of you from overseas are going to be coming to DMC in August as well. That's why starting from July 1st, you will have the option to pick up your orders at DMC rather than having them shipped to you - this also means you won't have to pay shipping fees (or customs!)
In order to place an order for collection, please place you order as usual via the regular listing (NOT the reservation listings) and use the coupon DMC2017 to remove the shipping charge. This promotion is going to run all the way through July and into early August but will likely close a couple of weeks before the event depending on how many outstanding orders we have; there will be more information regarding the last day for collection orders closer to the time.
At the event please do bring a copy of your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine) as we will need to see this before we give you your order. In the event that you aren't able to collect your items at the event, simply let us know in advance via an email or on the day; we will help you arrange for a friend to collection them on your behalf or have them shipped to you, but you will have to pay for the shipping.
Order Type 2: Reservations
(Payment Plan Alternative for Collection at DMC)
For those of you who wish to guarantee an item at the event but can't afford to pay up front right now, we have created a reservations category which will work similarly to a payment plan. However, rather than our standard payment plan procedure, instead you will have to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit for your items, then the remaining 50% you can pay before or on the event day.
This gives you a chance to take part in the free shipping promotion even if you can't completely afford your desired item at the moment. There are a few rules that apply to reservations, so please read through them carefully and message us any questions before placing your order:
How To Pay For Your Reservation:
The initial non-refundable payment should be made through our website using the 'Reservation Deposit' listing. For the second payment, there are a couple of ways you can pay:
Before The Event: There is a 'Reservation 2nd Half' listing on our website by which you can pay the remainder of your order. Once payment is received your order will be marked as complete and will be ready for collection at DMC; the remaining rules will NOT apply.
On The Day: You can pay using the method above or in cash on the event day, but your second payment MUST reach us by the end of the intermission that takes place halfway through the event. Email reminds will be sent out in the days before the event reminding you of this.
Important: For reservation orders whose 2nd payments have no reached us by the designated time, it will be assumed that you no longer want your item and it will go up for sale!
In The Event Your Second Payment Is Not Received On Time:
If your 2nd payment fails to reach us by the end of the intermission, your item will go up for sale in our stall and may be sold to another event goer. If you still want your item the following applies:
Firstly, check if your item has been sold or not, there is a chance it may still be waiting for you; in which case you may collect it as normal.
If your item has been sold but you do still want it, we will gladly make you another, but you must still pay the 2nd payment on the event day, and you will have to pay the shipping fees before it is sent to you. (These orders will however be queued after orders placed at the event.)
Other Important Information:
If you are paying your 2nd payment in cash, it will have to be in GBP (£) - the £ equivalent will be written in the description on all of the reservation payment listings.
If you do decide you no longer want your items, please do let us know before (by email) or on the event day in person; the sooner the better! Please remember that deposits are non-refundable.
Likewise, if you can no longer attend the event but do still want your items, please do email us BEFORE the event so we can make arrangements either for a friend to pick it up in your place, or for it to be shipped to you (but you will have to pay the shipping fee.)

Order Type 3: Placed At The Event
If you know there is a chance you will want to buy something from us at the event then your roll is probably the most important! As you know, Heaven's Atrium is a brand that sells handmade clothes which are all made to order, however for this event we are going to try and stock a few designs (including some that have yet to be released!) in a few different sizes ad colours.
Throughout the month of July we will be posting polls asking you guys which sizes you want to see at the event, so it's important that you cast your vote to make sure your size will be there on the day!
However, if your size doesn't get a lot of votes then fear not, as you will be able to place a regular order on the day (and yes, that includes custom orders!) And what's more? All domestic UK orders placed on the day will have free first class shipping as a thank you for being part of Heaven's Atrium's first vending experience! And don't worry overseas people, we'll be having a discounted flat rate shipping promotion for you too!

Heaven's Atrium is also going to be part of the fashion show that will take place at Dream Masquerade Carnival, and while I'm sure you've already guessed that My Dear, London will definitely be appearing in the show, we do actually have a couple more designs being cooked up in Heaven's Seamroom - we'll begin teasing them around mid-July so do look forward to that~!
