We Now Accept Payment Plans!

Hello everyone, long time no see! o(*^▽^*)o

Fola here, and I come bearing gifts (figuratively speaking, that is)~!

I think many of you will be delighted to hear that Heaven's Atrium now accepts payment plans of up to 3 MONTHS on ALL items! (ﾉ^ヮ^)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧ (Yes, that includes preorder and sale items too!)

In case you're unsure of what we mean by 'up to 3 months', essentially that means you can pay for an order of any size and any value in up to 4 payments spread over 3 months!

The amounts of each payment and the payment dates will be discussed and decided before you order is processed so your plan can be tailored to your needs, and you'll have all the information you need to make a decision before you make your first payment. ˚✧₊⁎( ˘ω˘ )⁎⁺˳✧ The payments are also flexible, so you can always finish paying off your plan early.

A basic breakdown of how a payment plan would work is as follows:

1. You contact our customer services with details of what you would like to order and how long you'd like your plan to be, and the country of the delivery address so we can calculate shipping. (For this example lets say you want a 2 month plan.)

2. Our customer services will get back to you with a breakdown of the payments you'll have to make, this will be the initial payment (deposit) on the day your plan starts, a second payment after the first month, and a third payment at the end of the second month.

3. You discuss back and forth with our customer service which payment dates and payment amounts work best for you, until a decision is reached by both sides. This way you can line up your payment days with your pay days and not have to worry about accidentally spending your order money.

4. Our customer service will send you a clear outline of your agreed plan, including information on dates, amount and other important things such as cancellation fees. You can cancel your plan at any time, however your initial payment will be held as a deposit, all other payments will be returned to you.

5. When you agree to the proposed plan, we will send you the invoice for your initial payment.

6. From there, we send you an invoice approximately 5~10 days before each due payment (so you don't forget!) We'll also be getting to work putting your items together!

7. In most cases, your item will already be ready by the time you may your final payment, in which case we can ship your item out to you in a matter of days!

8. You get your item and get to put together some super cute coords! (Don't forget to tag us!)
